NCP gone!?

The servers just went from 1.4.5 to 1.4.6 and I didn't get the Illegal move glitch.. is NCP gone!?
I was just wondering because NCP has made me lose so many games.

NCP wouldn;t be gone, the illegal move was just a glitch and it looks like it was fixed when servers update. I don't ever see NCP being removed from the servers since it removed all of the " Major " hacks such as flying.
