Need help with a hacking related thing.

I recorded a player running around with a crossed sword today. Before I report it, I wanted to make sure this was in fact a hack, and not a glitch. Anyone know?

It's a glitch they can't hit anyone while doing it either, it's just a thig with mine craft.
