Nightly Server Lag

Hello everyone, every single night, I swear to you, around 8:00 PM EST I get really awful server lag, to the point where it's just not bearable anymore. I will send a message, and then 5 seconds later it will show in chat. I ask if anyone else is having awful lag in the server and I always get negative replies. Don't get this confused with FPS lag, I run 40 fps on far even when this server lag is happening.
Anyone got a fix?

Hmm I get quite a bit of lag, but that is generally later on in the evenings, but they said they do know that some of the servers are lagging, but recently (after the new lobby) it seems to have improved, lets hope.
