This has been discussed far too many times already. We are not removing NCP. It will get tweaked when it does, just be patient.

For the record, a nice tip to prevent being stopped by NoCheat is to constantly go in and out of the fight - go in for a few hits, run off for a bit, come back, etc... (there are other benefits to this too, it's a different way to PvP really.)
