One Year Ago- A MCSG rememberence

In about 13 minutes, I would've played MCSG for a year exactly.
It's sort of sad, that I spent a year on these forums and haven't got active member yet! I've was the 300th or so person to join the forums.

MCSG was so exciting. There servers were only a few days old, and there was only us1-3. Chad was often seen, as well as the Dev's like Clank (BlameClank2012). SG1 was a favorite. No voting system, we had to play it anyway.

I had no idea what I was getting into when I joined us1.mcsg.in
Had no freaking clue what to do. I ran around for a bit and got eaten by someone's dogs.
It was fun :3


That element of having fun whilst playing has disappeared from the MCSG servers. It has turned into a big, bloody bloodbath every match. No-body interacts nicely with each other anymore and it is sad. Really sad

So thanks MCSG, for all the fun times before you turned a bit sour.

Yeah, i actually joined Mcsg like the first day or so... I am sad i dont know exactly when it was. I made mah forum account about a month after... It was so awesome <3
I also remeber that servers didnt restart and some guy crashed all the time so there was about 10 of him in a game, only one of them being real XD

What you are talking about is novelty. When we all started, the games weren't fun because of balance, or competition or anything like that. It was simply the novelty of the experience. That novelty has worn off for most of us now. And.....

No-body interacts nicely with each other anymore and it is sad. Really sad

....This sounds more like a personal issue than anything that has changed with the servers.

Unfortunately your problem is more to do with the community than the games themselves.

I miss these days to. I would be that new dude and hide in a tree for 20 mins and wait for refill. Then get called a noob when I won by doing that.
