Optifine crashing game on 1.7.10

Title says it all guys. I've not played in a month so is this a problem loads of people are having or just me? Suggestions. I've tried 2 B Optfines.

Mine game crashes too with optifine at 1.7.10

Try installing Forge and drop the Optifine .jar file into the mods folder which should appear in your Minecraft folder when you will first start your game with Forge.
