they should make it so that servers 20-23 have a ban dispute on teams. ofc I team sometimes when my friends want to play but when I play alone I've noticed that I almost only get killed by teams, so I think they should make it so you can get banned if you team on the servers like lets say 20-23 then we have 4 servers where you have a shot at winning by youreself.

It would be extremely hard to manage. It would mean dedicating a number of our already smallish number of staff to the servers just so people could not team, which would not only be very hard to judge fairly (players can still be teamed when they aren't physically together in the map), but also would require constant staff supervision. Our staff already have a huge job with hacking and other stuff on the servers, we don't need another job of watching and banning teams, even only on certain servers. It seems a bit pointless.

I get that teams can be frustrating, but there is no logistical way to get monitor them, and they can be a fun part of gameplay.
