PMC Servers Spawn Glitch + Empty Chests

So on PMC 4 & PMC 15 (maybe others as well, I've only played on these tonight), spawn is all messed up and quite a few chests are empty. There were even two matches where there were zero items. Any idea whats going on?

Lol yup. Didn't even realize. Banned for a week. That sucks. *facepalm*
