Also, if going into the higher servers doesn't work, you could try heading over to the Minecraft Forum (I'm not trying to advertise) and see if there's a sub-forum for servers, I'm pretty sure there will be. there might be some people over there willing to help you set all of it up

This case has been brought to Chad. He will hopefully inform us of a verdict in the near future, and hopefully work out the details of the arrangement then too.
