Quick question...

Whenever I play on the survival games server...my skin is like randomized, and then I see my own skin on someone else..is this normal?

Um is your skin a common one or is it custom? If yes then no its not normal.

Did you change your char.png to your skin in your minecraft.jar? I did that once, and then people using default steve skin appeared as using my skin. If this is not your problem, i can't help you. If it is, you can change it back or just play with it happening.

Waaait...nevermind, figured it out. HOWEVER, I have a another question. For some reason, sometimes, I approach somebody, and its like i'm invisible, even though i haven't died yet. THEN, for some random reason, I get attacked by an invisible enemy and I can't see them. ALSO, I cannot open chests....can someone explain to me whats going on?

Seems like lag. If that isn't the issue, then i don't know what is

You're not the only one it happens to. It happens a lot to me too

Its a known bug, it seems that you got the 1% chance of getting the bug.
