Rate the biggest MCSG fail

Title say it all. Tell everyone your biggest fail on MCSG.

I'll start. So I was pretty stacked had almost full iron armor and diamond sword. I see this nooby guy with leather armor and a stord (stone sword) so anyways I start attacking him. I decided to use the fishing rod technique. As I knocked him back I switched to my sword and start attacking him. But I accidently switched to my bow instead of sword. And didn't realize it until he killed me.

I went to deathmatch with 1 stone sword , full leather armor , 1 flint and steel and 1 fishing rod with 2 other people. I left them fight together , and when I went to kill the other one (HE HAD 1 FREAKING HEART) , I just freaked out from that and I spammed ALL of my arrows to nowhere , and then he quickly 180s me and I lost to a steve ;_; NEVER NEVER underestimate them.

Steve's are really powerfull sometimes. You have to watch out from them.

You can't really lose points from dying from the environment (Lava , drown , killed yourself, flint and steel'd your self, ender killed)..

No but if someone hits you. And you die before like 3 minutes pass then you still lose points to the guy.

Or baccas... Once or twice I said to myself, "hehe, a noob bacca, this will be easy.." The bacca has force field on while he was in a chest and ended up killing me. ;( and another time a bacca fisted me to death while he was stuck in some spider web. I'm pretty sure he had criticals or kill aura.
