Rather weird glitch

So, yesterday, I was in a game on holiday resort, and I could move for about 5 seconds because of lag, before the start of the game. I broke the block in front of the chest.

When the game started, I opened that chest, got a stone sword and a few kills.

Don't know why that glitch worked, but it did, no I suggest the devs to fix it when they have time.

Because techniquely, to your client there is no block in the way, it's the same concept as block-glitching to reach normally inaccessable interactive blocks, and the block not reappearing is a server->client glitch not respawning it.

Well, it's sort of not my fault, as I then couldn't re-break the block, but it reappeared after I opened the chest!

That happened to me, and if it is like block glitching, is it not allowed for us to do that? I know we aren't supposed to block glitch, but with that I don't think we can really help it

If I was you, I'd have put this in the bug reporting section of the forums but other than that, I haven't expeirnced this glitch before.

I'd advise you not to do it, it cannot be moderated.. at all because that moment where everyone freezes it'll just seem as if you are standing on your podium but it is most definately an unfair advantage, try not to do it.
