real free agent thread is elsewhere

Ok, so I had some free time so I got to thinking and when I get to thinking you know a bad idea is going to turn up. Here it is: The Free Agent Thread.​

Since there was some constructive criticism I took a while to think it over and decided the pros outweighed the cons so im going to go ahead and make this anyway to see where it goes.

Steps​

Step 1: Add me on skype (GetHoundoomed) and pm me saying you would wish to be on the thread and your Age, Amount of wins, amount of games played, past clans, your Skype and your donor type.

Step 2: I put you on the thread.

Step 3: Clans that are in need of new members, are just starting out or are just plain old recruiting can see you and add you on Skype and tell you that they are interested in you.

Step 4: You go on their teamspeak/talk to the clan on Skype.

Step 5: The clan decides if they want you and you decide if you want to be in the clan and they either make an offer or deny you. If an offer is made, great! If you are not wanted you are welcome to come back to the thread at any time.

Rules

There are few rules on this thread but they must be abided if this is going to work.

Rule #1: You MUST be out of your clan before tell me you're a free agent or some clans may be accused of stealing members or something else, either way it may start drama or flame.

Rule #2: You are not allowed to call people hoppers on this thread. If you do a mod will be called immediatly.

Rule #3: If you get denied from a clan by this method you are still allowed to apply on their thread after the said amount of time on THEIR thread. The denying on this thread should count like an application on the forums, keep in mind this is a place for people who don't know which clan to go to.

Rule #4: Be respectful to the clan if they deny you, if you are not and I get a report of you being disrespectful/raging at the clan if they deny you, first offence will be a warning and a 7 day ban from being listed as a free agent on this thread, 2nd offence a 1 month ban from being a free agent and third offence a permanent ban off being a free agent.

Rule #5: You are allowed to disregard clans that make you offers by simply saying "No thank you" and if you say anything rude to them and I hear about it, the same program is in place.

I will add free agents when people start to apply

Now what this thread is, is that when a player leaves a clan and has no idea what clan to join, they tell me over skype, GetHoundoomed, and I put them on this thread which clans can check to see if there are any good players that are available. After that the clan can make rank offers and possibly recruit. Leave your comments/opinions/suggestions below and tell me whether or not you want it and why and not in a rude way please Happy Hunger Games lol so cliche Im so dumb xD How about this. Like if you want and leave a comment saying no and why please.

Really nice idea, to fix up the thread, make it more instructional instead of making a proposal, like...

and so on, this is just a suggestion, you of course are free for your own opinion and completely disregard what I am saying right now, anyways, this is overall a really nice idea! Hope it goes well for you!

I don't think this is a very good idea. Not trying to be rude just giving my opinion.
