Recent lag.

I have recently been playing MCSG and experiencing a lot of turbulence (players being frozen and then flying everywhere) this has resulted in me dying twice in the DeathMatch. I ran a Broadband speed test and these were the results:

So this cannot be my Internets fault, is anyone else experiencing this lag?

Yeah it's on US to... They say if you don't go outside for 3 days and make sure no natural light gets inside and then if you twerk on the wall the lag goes away... This is called the lag dance, it was used in ancient times.
