I was wondering how exactly you report people for things like spamming and swearing?

Go to the template thread pinned to that section.
Use the template accordingly.

Also, don't forget to upload the screenshot to, what I recommend and prefer, imgur.

When I look up Report abuse Section it just comes up with all the Threads that people have wrote about report abuse Section.
What part of the website do i go to to find the section?
