Server lag, or just my Australian internet? :S

Almost half my games I've just been walking around, everyone's frozen, I can't type in any commands, urgh, eewies. :c

Am I the only one, or is there more? D:

I have actually had the complete opposite, in the past day or two I have had a 1000% increase, I was what you described for the past few months, but yesterday it became soooooo much better.
