Shortings for bad Names?

Hi I have seen some players with bad names
Example:

His name is Xdick or bitch90 if your not able to see the picture....

Now my questions are:

Am I getting banned for writing:
Xdick as hos normal name
d*ck as a shorting / b*tch
d*ck because my keyboard didnt type the "X" / b*tch because you missed the 90
I know you can get banned for it but actually it coudlnt be your fault that you wrote D*ck in stead of xD*ck I mean Im pretty sure we all have forgotten a letter once ^^

No, because the intent is clear and you can't say "Oh, my name is Inappropriate body part on a male and I suck so I'm DickSucker".

XDick is acceptable, because Inappropriate body part on a male is a simple acronym for Richard, BUT, if the context is changed to something like XDickSucker, it is bannable because the context changes to a clear, inappropriate intent.

Another example is "Cock". While it seems immediately inappropriate to some, it could mean chicken-- but, bringing back the context concept, if the name is XCock, it's acceptable, but XCockSucker isn't, because odds are they aren't sucking chickens
