Should "from district # has won the Survival Games" be back?

Hey guys,

I was watching a reallyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy old MCSG video, and i saw that the ending was "soandso from district 8 has won the Survival Games". This brang back alot of memories, and i wanted to know if;
1- It can be returned.
2- If you want to have it returned?

I'd love to see it come back. The reason I like these servers so much is because they do a great job of making the hunger games feel authentic, and I think this would be a nice add on
