Should "Gay" be a Censored In-Game word?

1. Mods should have the intelligence to ban someone if they say 'That is so gay' or something along those lines. Its in the rules book....
Putting gay as a censored word is actually the worst thing I ever heard. All that does is forth put the idea that its bad, and it has to be blocked from our server. It also ignores the fact that people should just not use it as an insult..
