Should words like "eZ" and "rekt" be bannable?

Hello guys, let's just get right into this. Well basically I was fighting a team of 4 and they all had full iron and they killed me and then they said "eZ" and I just thought "Why are they allowed to say this?" saying that should be against the rules in my opinion. In my eyes it would fall under the category of player abuse. Also, it is making the community horrible as a few months ago people say "gf" or "gg" when it was a good fight rather than "eZ" anyway leave your opinions down below. Sorry if this has been said before or sorry if it is in the wrong section. Please don't leave negative opinions.
