Skin Request! Pengman (Half Penguin, Half Man)

Hello,
So I was brainstorming an idea for a new skin and saw TheCreeperFarts skin and instantly got a brilliant idea! So I decided my next skin would be a mix of a Penguin (Just plain awesome) and a normal guy (Kind'ov like Creeper's). The only problem was that after trying to create the skin for 30 minutes to an hour I was stumped (My skin making skills didn't shine in this area). So I come to the Forums with this thread, is there any Skin Artist out there who could make me a skin following these guidelines?

- Overall Blue+White Theme
- Face is part Penguin part Human (Male)
- White tshirt with blue accents
- One arm and foot are Penguin other is Human
- Whatever pants looks good!

Sorry if it sounds very demanding, I am just really picky with my skins.
