I do not believe Eshan put a Creative Commons license on the map, as well as the fact he did not solely create the map. He cannot just remove it without MCSG's consent, and that consent will not be given.
When you put a map out to the public, anyone can use it. If you want the power and right to restrict where the map goes, either don't publicize it (MinecrsftForums, Planet Minecraft, MCSG, etc.).
While most of you who make maps want them on MCSG, you need to place forth a Creative Commons license to allow you the right to say where that map goes, and where it stays. When it is out public with no written consent and 'legality', you can't do anything about where it goes, especially, in this case, where numerous other people helped in making said map.
TL;DR~ Im pretty darn sure Solar isnt' going anywhere.
