Well basicly just spread the word! Find good people on the servers and add them on skype! Make more and more people do applications so it looks like you are a popular clan! People want to join those clans

You should really remove the ratio thingy... Look at mine, yet I'm still a good player.

Your ratio is 1/5. i.e. you average 1 win every 5 games (or around that). Your ratio is good... For those people under the requirements thats why we trial them. But if they don't convince us they are good enough then we have no choice but to decline their entry.
