i recently reset my stats and played 13 games. I only won 1 game. Out of 13 games i would usually win about 3 games but i found myself dying around corn and having omeone skipping a chest route just to chase me and kill me no matter how bad my stuff was. I am wondering if there is anyway i can stop this from happening often. I just played another game andd skipped corn, i got further than i usually would but i got kileld by a stacked 3 team. I am a good pvper and i still remain on 200 points. This is shocking

Many people have a misconception of targeting. It is frustrating.

The act of targetting is joining a game with a person and having the intent to chase them off spawn repeatedly across many games. People would not have a reason to target you. Staff, youtubers and well known people are people who experience this.

In response to your issue, you are just joining the wrong games. Keep on trying, or have a break. Regain your focus.

If you find yourself getting frustrated on MCGamer, take a break! It never hurts to just chill for a while while you regain all of your self control.

1. Why in the world would you buy a stat reset?

2. The sooner we accept targeting as part of the game, the better, because people won't stop. I don't know if they're just stupid or they actually are attacking you for you, I don't know, but it's been happening to me for nearly a year and the best I could do is learn to deal with it. As sad as that is, it's the truth.

3. Same thing pretty much for teams.

If I open a chest with full iron and a stone sword, and get the stone sword but no armor, of course I'll chase the person who got the armor off spawn. Who wouldn't? I think you're just in the wrong place at the wrong time. And I doubt you're getting 'targetted'; unless the same people are joining your games and chasing you off spawn for your points or for being 'famous'.

Sometimes people just chase someone who has no armor and no items because they're just stupid and they think it will get them a Masters Degree from Yale.

Dunno. It's rare but a few hours ago some guy chases me on my randy alt down to no sprint even though I'm empty. Just gotta play on I guess xD
