Still can't connect to Survival

I am using survival.mcgamer.net to connect. I am using the direct connect to connect to the server, I am using minecraft 1.7.4 and I am still having the same problem.

You're putting commas instead of periods for in the IP it looks like. That's what it seems like anyways.

I could've sworn they said 1.7.2.... That's why I had suggested trying 1.7.4... Uhh... I think I'm just gonna go rethink mah life really quick, brb
