Strange new Forum layout?

If you look at the bar which normally ends in Upgrade, It now has the stuff which used to be at the very top (and still is)

Any mods/people in the know want to explain?

Yes, I have noticed this as well. I don't think I like it. But to answer your question, I think they are in the process in putting your name, inbox, and alerts on the same bar as the forums, home, leaderboards, ect. This is why it is faint right now, it isn't your primary source if you don't want it to be.

I am currently working on it, a file has been edited that caused this abnormal navbar to appear. Please be patient whilst i fix it.

Edit: Okay, i have now sorted it. If the forums go a little odd or if something seems broken please poke me on teamspeak rather than posting on the forums.
