Survival Games 5 Tier 2 Chests

Hello Everybody!
I'm a noob at Survival Games and don't know where everything is. I enjoy playing on Survival Games 5 and believe that it is a very fun map. I am hoping to get good, but I need some nice loot to be able to combat the opposition. So my question to all of you is this: Where are all the tier 2 chests on Survival Games 5? Please post screenshots in your comments, as it would be greatly appreciated.
