Not techniquely, except those people would count in a way - it's more people who are active, and/or contribute towards the community etc. Examples: Zeejayy, iFrox (people who play actively and well), Finsgraphics, Plugin Devs have contributed towards the server. Not the average people with 2 posts on the forum and 4 games played on the server.
