My friend XeroStyle1 had the first clan with the name Synergy. He was going to make a remake one days so I'd probably think he wouldn't want another clan named after his.

You are able to use disbanded clan names. If I wanted to, I could make a clan named the Bombers. As long as there isn't a clan in the US division, they can not be penalized, and to GentleSnivy, you'll have to find another name. Because even though it was originally XeroStyle's name, it was disbanded, and we made the clan name before he did. Besides you guys are smart anyways, you can easily find a new name.
