Teams are most often Clans, you can easily spot when a clan joins the server, and just basically leave it...

Basically to know if its a clan or not, check if their all donor, if none of them are talking and if they have lots of wins. If all of those are yes, leave, chances are its a clan who are all teamed.

Ugh, I hate clans. I mean clan wars sound fun, but other than that, it's such a cheap way to win.
