Team Sierra is a brand new build team run by myself and krackan - we're basing our recruitment on MCSG so we can gather talented builders from the community and work on hopefully producing some great survival games maps and other builds. We run a dedicated server with free building worlds, trial space and in progress projects as well as a private teamspeak.
Along with the basic build team ranks such as Builder, Terraformer, etc - we also have a rank referred to as 'Apprentice' where, with special and strict consideration, players with less building knowledge will be chosen and taught the necessary skills for our team.

The available ranks include:
Builder: Like building in general? Then this is the rank for you. You'll be involved in the general construction, from the big structures to the little details.
Terraformer: Terraforming is all about making natural landscapes.. natural. You'll be paying attention to the often overlooked details, carving out mountains and valleys and doing cool stuff.
Redstoner: Redstoners will be involved in making all the fun little things, like traps, hidden locations and anything else that requires some redstone magic.
Apprentice: (Currently unavailable) Don't know anything, but want to join the team and learn some more about building? Well this is your rank.
