How is this considered ok? Just got done playing a game where a team of 5-6 players camp the workbench all game, pooled their recourses, then solo players like myself have no chance what so ever. They were talking pregame like they had been doing this all night. While its not cheating it is most definitely STAT PADDING!

Just wonder if anyone else has any thoughts on the matter.

Too bad I guess. I like to team because I like hanging out with friends in-game. If they stay on corn the whole game it's likely they don't have much anyway.

Actually, water is a great place to get a team.
They'll boost each other towards you, and all you've got to do is go underwater and come up beneath the guy who is being boosted. His teammate will be too far away to help and he won't be able to hit you

Run to an enclosed area,
When they are about to enter, cover the door in fire. Do 3 medium arrow shots at them. Then run into them and start block-hitting.
