Teams in my opinion will not go away, but the thing you can do is beat them. Teams make the game more fun, adding an extra challenge, but I do agree that they can get frustrating. People who team are hated mainly because the idea of a team has gotten a negative connotation, mainly from people who team in lobby and speak to each other through the chat. Don't stoop to that level, find people you enjoy playing with, whether it be real life friends over Skype or other players on Teamspeak, and have fun with them. Playing with others will help you beat teams easier, and make the games more fun and enjoyable. Teaming is not something you should hate, it will always be a part of the game, best thing to do is embrace it and try to find the best way around it. My best piece of advice is to run away and use F5 to see behind you, when they are separated, attack one of them. Then run and heal. Don't get me wrong, I do despise teams formed in lobby or in game (worst is during deathmatch against me).
