I agree with this post to lower the arrow count, but the other side of the argument needs to be on this thread. I don't completely agree with lowering the amount of arrows in chests. While arrows CAN be over-powered, part of it is skill with a bow. More arrows means you need to have skill with ALL weapons and not just with a sword (like many of the MCSGers on the top of the leader boards, not all). I have actually never encountered problems with arrows since the update but since other have, I feel the MCSG community should compromise. How about in the next update for these servers the arrow count is reduced and not completely taken away? Having 1 arrow per chest is also unfair. It makes it so that anyone who only has skill with a sword can win the game easily and without any competition. Having 1 arrow per chest makes them TOO scarce and makes it nearly impossible for weaker, skilled players to come back and win. Arrow count being reduced to 1 per chest makes it so that chest routes can basically win the games. I don't know about you, but I don't necessarily have the BEST chest route on all the maps :/. So to give people who have skill with ALL weapons a chance to win, while still giving people with good chest routes chances to win, the arrows count should by reduced to around 2-3 for tier 2's and 1-2 for tier ones (including maybe lowering feather count to 2-3 per chest and raising flint count to 2-3 per chest). There, a happy medium, one that everyone can agree with, and one that doesn't make everyone mad. I hope this post presented both sides of the argument and if you feel it didn't please tell me.
