I honestly have this problem too (but I usually can win after about a 50 loose streak) The best thing that I think you should do is this:

1) Play smart and defensive. It works. Just play like you will die irl if you loose. Ask yourself all the time if what I am doing may result in me getting killed. Also, don't go after people all the time. Its one of the main reasons that I die too.
2) Get good a PvP. Do this by going on some PvP servers and play some good players. I recommend roxbot or lovepvp. Also watch some tuts on YouTube on how to get better at PvP (Many popular MCSG YouTubers like Huahwi will have at least one).

Well you can improve your PVP by watching some pvp tips and tricks by toxic or huahwi etc. Also if youre low dont be afraid to bail and use the flint n steel and fishing rod wisly
