The Battlecast is a friendly, cooperative and new team on the field of MCSG. If you would like to join, please read this thread thoroughly, then post your application down below.
This section is designed to outline the expectations of a BattleCast Member. If you are a BattleCast Member you are expected to maintain this standard at all times. If you do not maintain this standard you may over time lose your rank as one.
1. As a BattleCast Member you are expected to maintain peace in the team at all times you are online. You are to stop arguments, and are not to get involved in arguments with other members, especially if it turns into a flame war. If there is a serious argument happening, you must do what you can to make it stop. Do not yell at anyone, do not use all caps, unless to get the attention of everyone. Be kind at all times, even if someone is saying untrue things about you do not swear and do not yell back.
2. If someone has a complaint against you, try and work it out with them. IF you can not work it out peacefully, tell them to take their complaint to the forums and notify me. Do not continue in conversation with them as it may turn into an argument.
3. You are under no circumstances allowed to be rude to anyone on the team for any reason. If someone from the team steals items from a chest you scouted, you are not allowed to kill them to get your items back or yell at them as this may result in punishment for you.
4. Make sure you are familiar with the ranking system and it's requirements. The requirements are easily accessible in game by asking a Commander or General or even the Owner himself. Please DO NOT tell us that our current Generals/Commanders aren't good enough and you’re better because that is stupid and pretentious. If the players are deemed worthy of the rank, then the rank will be awarded to them. Having grossly high standards is just as bad as having grossly low standards. You WILL be in trouble for it.
5. If you are a General or Commander, and you leave for a vacation for say, a month or two, please look over the forum and review any new rules, or ask another ranked player who has been active during your absence if there are any new rules. Please ensure that you tell us that you are going to be away as well. I would like to know if a General or Commander has a reason for being inactive. If you have a reason and you let me know or put it on your forum profile you WILL NOT be de-ranked for inactivity.
6. Hacking will not be tolerated under and circumstances. if you are caught hacking you will be immediatly kicked and banned from the clan until an unban application has been sent to me, or until such time as I feel you have learnt your lesson. The only tolerable hack is OptiFine.
