This announcement is going to be towards the leaders of Empire. I just want to let the leaders know to keep a constant reply to each and every application put in. Make sure that the reply is in all caps, 7 size font, and yellow font color including the "-" (DASH) and no periods in between every sentence. We just want to make sure that everything is at a constant pace and since we have been doing that since the start, please do not overlook this. It makes it look more formal keeping reply's the same frequently. Also, please take the time to make sure you have correct grammar as well as punctuations. And lastly, do not approve or deny any application that has already been replied too. Thank you.

I also think that there should be a minimum requirement for being on the Elite 5. So if i win my challenge, I cannot be challenged for 10 days? (I don't know if this is what you meant by this post; just trying to spitball ideas.)
