After I shaw ExKing's story, I got to do my own.
I actual did one for like four months ago, but it becomes old.
The start of Survival Games
Ok, I started right after MCSG was out when it only was SG1.
A bit before I read the books, while when I was half through the third book, the movie was out.
Right after I started reading the first book, I wanted to make Hunger Games in minecraft.
I was a PMC, so shortly after I saw the movie, I found the first Survival Games on the front page.
I was so happy.
Then in the next week(s), I am not sure how long, maximum two and a half, I finally found this, rather than all those little ones.
I was going to create some private SG server myself, but this was a lot better.
A game of Survival
It was the old lobby with glowstone around it, and the door down was closed, only accesible from the inside (People got there with block glitching or some sprint jumping.
I found nearly nothing, all the chests I found looted, so I actual started hacking with chest-finder, fullbright and that thing that make me see entites through blocks.
I stopped some days before SG2 was out, I didn't like the cheating.
Then my friend shadowolav started playing too
We got a lot of lag on SG2, because we both used 32-bit java on our 64-bit systems.
When we got 64-bit java, it was so much better.
It was a lot of fun, with the mobs back then.
It was not all about PVP, it was about survival and such.
People hiding
People hide in the trees of SG1, then everyone who didn't have lag on SG2 disliked it.
This was for the most of the time NOT because mobs, but because people didn't find chests, and they was hiding for the people hunting them.
The city glitch in the lobby was in fully use.
Me and my friend moved to the 48 tribute games, because it was no SG1 there.
When SG3 was out, I and mostly everyone hated it, because it was simply a big jungle.
But it had a special survival effect in it, what they removed by the lost of mobs.
Personal I didn't like it much before Metii showed me his awesome route.
Now I love it.
Breezes and slimes.
When Breeze was added, it got really popular really fast.
Me and my friend liked it, but it was really overplayed.
I remember in my first breeze games, parkouring to the top of that tower in the water.
It was around this time I got banned for Rei's Minimap, I used it while reporting a spammer (proof), I didn't directly use it on SG, but on other servers like WesterosCraft.
I watched Blamph's first SG2 video, being the 14th to subscribe to him I think.
I used Blamph's route in SG2 to get wins enough to join SlimeArmy
The time between.
This is about the time between the survival time of SG, and the PVP time that is currently going on.
A lot of maps came, me always being joyfull of them. (Not the bad maps)
Since they started to accept more SG community maps, me and a couple of Slimes started creating a map, me hosting the server.
We was really long on it, when G8mes4u came and griefed us.
We just got to fix the broken, before some hackers deleted everything in my server, the plugins, every world and even the config files.
I think I lost it in the Nowember or Oktober.
Desember, I quit slimearmy, playing the rest of it just with my friend.
I had a small amount of wins compared to some other members.
The only reason they didn't kick me like two months before, was because I owned the servers, I didn't fill the win requirment.
PVP games
In my optinion, this has turned to PVP games.
There is just Breeze Island and SG4, I have ONCE played SG5 in my whole life.
Probably because I left in Januar due to SG getting boring.
Instead I create a build team, named "Team Creativinity"
People didn't join it probably because the name was too near "Team Creativity" which is just a so wierd name.
It was like only some IRL friends, BlackHead and Ejegun, me doing 95% of the work.
We, or mostly I, is creating a special custom map, "War of Atharon"
It was really boring doing so much alone.
Trying to get people join, I changed name to InsaneBlock.
I have no clue why none still want to join.
I would highly price if someone could tell me why.
This is my story, any questions, just ask.
