Threads about lag/hackers, MCSG not as good as it could be etc.

I have seen too many threads about lag, hackers, or MCSG not being up to standards or being a very good server because of certain issues it has. MCSG is not a perfect server, it will never be a perfect server that every single person can enjoy with zero lag or hackers or bugs or issues or any number of things, nor will there EVER be a server like that. The truth is, MCSG is an AMAZING server. You complain about issues it has that are the norm for the average server. You have gotten used to how good MCSG is, and you don't realize what it is like for most other somewhat popular servers. Sure, there are a lot of good ones like MCSG, Hive (Even though it's actually been somewhat going down in quality, NCP is kinda bad), Roxbot, and others. (There's more but I don't play on that many other servers besides MCSG.) Go on some Minecraft server list website, and try out the top 3 servers. Most likely they will all be very similar, practically the same plugins, and some might have bad connection, most likely it will be NCP that is bad. Most servers are terrible with NCP, basically not allowing you to hit anyone for a 5 second period every 5-6 seconds. MCSG is one of the best servers out there, so stop complaining. The staff do everything they can to make this a better server for YOU. Yes, YOU. They want you to enjoy the server. If you don't like MCSG, stop making threads about it, and go play on those servers where you basically can't hit people at all, and people teleport around from lag.

Every server has their issues, including us. The least we can do is refrain from whining about it

If you do have complaints or issues, we like to hear about them as long as you do it in a respectful manner, and in a way that actually helps us. For example, "THERE IS SO MUCH LAG THIS SERVER SUCKS" doesn't help us as much as "I was playing on the EU network at about 7pm GMT, and players were teleporting, chat messages were taking a long time to send and there was just general lag. I also made sure that it wasn't my internet connection, as my friends I were playing with and people in the chat were also commenting on the lag".

If you have any problems, don't just state what the problem is, talk about how you stumbled upon it and give every detail of what you were doing. We love it when people provide us with the necessary information!
