Tie games

So has anyone ever tied in a game? I'm assuming it can only happen to you if fire kills you the instant you kill your opponent. I had it happen at a deathmatch just now, and I'm wondering if I've broken the system.

It just says the games have ended, and announced no winner.

It usually goes by whoever dealt the most damage on the final hit I thought. So maybe your game just crashed at an inconvenient time

It has happened to me, and it also happened to Gravey4rd and Elgoldo, the both posted it on YT. Gravey4rd's channel is Gravey4rdMC, and he put a link in the description to Elgoldo's channel, which I believe is ElgoldoHD. The video is called 'Fight of the Titans'.

If deathmatch timer runs out then it's random winner, however if you both kill each other at the same time then it's no winner, I thought it could only happen it you died by fire bow or lightning, cause I don't think it can happen by sword

I believe if you are teamed and camp in the center of the map and let the game time out the game will end, but it will give the win to the player with the most kills that game I believe.

Happened to my friend and I, both died in DM and it counted as a win for both of us We checked on both our profiles and it said we won on the same server on the same game.

I didn't wait it out, everyone already knows what happens and it definitely isn't what Brandon said.

I mean kill your opponent at the same time they kill you.

I have had 2 tied games before. For me, they have occurred when me and the other person are at like 2 hearts and get hit by lightning. It's pretty cool when it happens.

I tied twice because we both died by lightning strikes .
