In the next update of MCSG, Chad has mentioned that MCSG will become much more fun and fair with the new system of random tier 2's instead of a random bunch scattered in obselete and remote places around the map. But how many are there? A tier 2 chest is revolutionary for a player, giving them all the stuff a winner needs. As of right now, all maps have extrememly new, random placement and low rates of tier 2, from 1/12-1/15 of all chests tier 2. in MCSG v1, the original game, tir 2's were at a rate of 1/7-1/6 of all chests. WIth too many tier twos, a game is too powerful, if every chest is gone, then many are screwed to the two tributes grabbing every chest. Whilst spawn will obviously remain permanent tier 2. Who would want to find a wooden axe and a leather cap at spawn, as suppossed to full gold and a steak? I believe a good amount is to split up all chests into 1/6 all tier 2 for interesting battles, but do another vote for altering interior items around a bit. This new feature in MCSG will save many lives, every chest, MIGHT be a game changer, a revolutionary thought for these servers.
