If you want an accurate list, look at soul's leaderboards. The people on that list earned their spot. The only way to move up is to beat the ones above you. I feel if you just look at the leaderboards itself it should give you a good idea of who goes where.

LOL, you may 5-0'ed us that was Vitalizing. Vitalizing was never the same clan as Luminous. If you think your better than us then clan battle us. It's pretty funny how that we're not even trying against you guys and everybody was fooling around having a good time and we wanted to have fun… But if you think you are really better than us. Please clan battle us, I know you have your own opinion. But I gave you my statement/opinion on the clan battle basically. Now, you know the reason why we got 5-0'ed back in Vitalizing.
