I'm not sure what triple click is, but if it is some sort of modification that acts as some sort of "autoclicker" and artificially modifies your click speed then absolutely not. Your click speed must depend on how fast you can physically click.

Is it a macro? You are only allowed to have the clicking you can perform yourself. If this is a macro it is not allowed.

If you have a "Fire" key on your mouse, then no, it's not allowed. You must click for every hit, e.g. you can't press a button once and have it click 2+ times.
