Unban appeal

Hello, I was wondering why I was banned from the servers.... One second the round was about to start, I was with my friends I hadn't seen in a long time I simply said "DANCE" didnt realise I had caps on and said sorry for that... and then I was banned without ANY warning? This doesn't seem right.
