Unfair staff?

Honestly, is am getting very annoyed with unfair bans these days. I have had so many friends, and a couple of enemies, unfairly banned that it is just becoming ridiculous. A few recent examples:
1. JVBGunner getting banned twice for Better Sprint Mod unfairly. Once with a video going at about 5 FPS with absolutely no proof, and another time when I could easily pick out 2 bits of evidence that he wasn't hacking within the space of 10 seconds. He then got perma banned, and got unbanned due to "No evidence" which brings about the question as to why he got banned in the first place...
2. Canziano was permanently banned for Better Sprint as well with a video that only proved that he could kill a couple of people that had worse stuff than him. It took TheJustHello 2 videos to get Canziano unbanned, and even then some mods didn't like the decision. I believe that he then got banned for AutoSprint because he was standing still with sprint particles under his feet on eu9001, which means that there was no proof.
3. Rex5826 got an unfair ban for Better Sprint as well. The video proved nothing either, though I now know that he jump up a block after watching that video. I believe that that video was posted by a player that hates Rex, and just wanted to get him banned, so got something that looked like there was a 0.02% chance of him using BSM and hoped for the best.
4. Minialan9 got a permanent ban for BSM as well 3-4 times within the space of a month, each time getting unbanned because the videos sim had no evidence of him hacking, just of him being a good sprinter. He needed to bug the mods on TeamSpeak3 for about 2 hours until they finally realised that an innocent player had been banned.

To go along with all the innocent people stated above being banned, I would like to make the following points...
1. A player called SkeletonBoss was using BSM for 2 weeks, and, as far as I know, didn't get banned still. He has also made an absolute tonne of rude comments towards Minialan9 on the forums and in-game including hackusations and even a few cases of swearing.
2. A particular person, no names, was being rude to me in-game for about 2 months with phrases such as "Incon is a noob" and "#KillInconceivable2013". I try reporting him twice, with simply no reply, and then, next thing I know, he comes on the server with a red name-tag... How??
3. I have noticed a few mods calling me a hacker, and a noob, I am yet to find evidence of myself hacking, and proof of my being a noob. The mods were, of course, reported, but, again, with not even a reply.

Now, let me just say that these are just a few examples that I know well, but there are plenty more which I just decided not to mention.

lol ok but also I would like to say that the staff are ok but some of their decisions are wrong sonetimes.

I agree, BSM reporting and banning is a problem. While some mods don't ban if there's suspected BSM, others do. Lots of innocent players have been getting banned and it really needs to stop.

And as for that last one, if it's true, those mods need to be warned or demoted.

I have yet to be banned unfairly and all the staff I've met are kind and uphold the rules... Perhaps I've just been lucky.

Simply because it hasn't happened to you, doesn't mean it doesn't happen.

We can't always be perfect. The bans which you deem unfair is unfair in your eyes. In the eyes of the staff member that banned them, they legitimately thought that they made the correct decision. I'm sorry that you feel the bans are unfair but the staff is just doing our best to keep the servers in the best condition that we can make them. Every hacker/spammer/harasser/etc can't be caught since there are so many and more and more join everyday. We just do our best to insure that we get the ones that we can. Sometimes this might cause a player to be unfairly banned. This doesn't happen often since we look over evidence the best that we can. Again, no one is perfect and that is why a person might unfairly banned.

I really do apologize that you feel it was unfair but we just do the best that we can do.

This is like the 6th thread i've seen talkimg about unfair fake bsm bans. I think by now that the problem should have stopped, but it persists!

I appreciate that you apoligize, some mods wouldn't even have the decency to do that, but this problem is just out of hand. I can see why you would ban someone in your case, keeping the community clean is the name of the game for mods.

However, how can you tell if someone has BSM? You can't! There's no POSSIBLE way! It doesn't increase the player speed, for all we know the player just double tap's w fast. Which isn't that hard to believe. Changes need to be made to this system. BSM banning is too shady and the evidence just isn't clear enough.

Well, Better Sprint Mod is against the rules, that was the exact reason why BajanCanadian was banned, I don't think it's the staff's fault for this, it's honestly their fault for using the Better Sprint Mod as it is against the rules.
