I would nominate VeeZa because I see him on the forums a lot, always doing subtle things to improve it (s/a regulating the rules, simply locking requested threads, being respectful, etc.). I have seen him in-game a few times, although I rarely go to Canadian servers anymore, and he seems like a pretty cool guy/penguin.
