Warped stuff? IDK plz help me big nub off bad PC

So lately my PC has been glitching out a lot and wierd things from aliens i am guessing have been happening

Stuff like that but larger scale, especially when redstone related stuff happens or flint and steel is placed. I have lost at least 10 games to it and it is freaking me out. it only happens when using forge. I use optifine and toomanyitems

any suggestions on what to do? plz help

The only thing I can say is don't use forge.
