Hey guys! Today, I decided to talk about weapon damages against opponents with full armor from leather to diamond (I don't think full diamond armor is possible) so that next time you run into them, you know exactly how much damage you're causing them. I saw this on the Minecraft Wiki, and I decided to show it to you all. Anyway, here's how much damage each swords can give from worst to best against enemies with full armor of worst to best.

I hope this little information helps you, guys! Now that you know this, next time you battle someone, you can estimate the number of hits you need to give him before killing him. :p

Tip: Since Stone Swords and Iron Swords are very similar, I suggest using your Iron Ingots to craft Flint & Steels rather than crafting an Iron Sword. This way, you can slow down players and deal at least 4 hearts of damage using your Flint and Steel. ;)

Wow. Didn't know stone and iron swords were so similar when it comes to damage. Now I'm wondering if FnS would be a better use for my iron. Are they still similar when it comes to crits?

That's what I've been thinking in-game as well; whether it's better to use my ingots as Flint & Steels or use it to craft an iron sword. I guess it's better to make Flint & Steels since it will constantly give more damage to players while they're burning. Also, I don't think Stone Swords and Iron Swords do the same critical hits. :p

I really suggest you to make FnS first, it's really more useful because it slows down and gives a 8 ticks half a heart damage, which is 4 hearts, and managed with some sword/bow hits means death! Iron swords should be just an optional ;)
