Weekly leaderboards - Yay or nay?

Hi guys, I am just sitting here, thinking..
MCSG should have All - time, Monthly and weekly leaderboards for some reasons - SUCH AS :
People who have quit MCSG such as Gravey4rd quitting MCSG - but noone will take his spot any time soon.
More contest - this would be awesome ; especially for a prize each week such as 48 hours donor..
I just think this because the people who are ASTOUNDING at PvP have no chance if they joined in the last however long... seeing as I find a game for competition.
