I see when i killed someone in game i will get points but where can i see points?and what can i do with points?

As BeastOnFireee said, you can use them to sponsor people in-game when you are spectating. If you do /sponsor (USERNAME) it will bring up a selection of different items. Click one and it will be given to the username you stated.

It can also be used to bounty people other players. It's like you put points on a person in-game and whoever kills him gets the points that are bountied on him. If the player that was bountied wins, he gets to keep the points. Command: /bounty (USERNAME) then you have to /confirmbounty. This will tell the whole server you're in the amout of points you put on and what player.

To tell you this easy: Points aren't very important and doesn't say anything about how good you are at the game

As already stated, points can be used for sponsoring others in game.

It can also be sometimes used to show that you have accumulated many kills, showing players how many kills you have achieved.
